The city of Böblingen intends to build a new center on the Murkenbach. The center will include the following uses:

- 5-group daycare center with outdoor play area,

- two playgroups for children under one year of age,

- Stadtteiltreff.

The area program to be realized represents a gross floor area of around 2,200 m².

The rough cost estimate currently amounts to approx. EUR 8.6 million (gross).

Planning is to begin immediately after commissioning (expected in January 2024).

Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2025.

Work phases 1 - 9 + special services (in-depth cost estimation and monitoring of defect rectification)

The commissioning of the service phases takes place in stages. The client is free in his decision about a further assignment; there is no entitlement to the transfer of further services.
