The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract a supplier for the supply of print, scan, courier and digital communication services. Services that are in line with the shift from physical mail to more digital communication between residents and the Contracting Authority via, among others: MijnOverheid.nl

The service applies for an initial period of three (3) years. The contracting authority has a unilateral, optional extension option of three (3) times one (1) year.
