The Contracting Authorities are the Rotterdam-Rijnmond Safety Region (VRR) and the Zuid-Holland Zuid Safety Region (VRZHZ).

The Contracting Authority is looking for a Contractor who has Incident Clothing (this also includes shoulder pieces):

> designs

> produces

> (after) delivers

> repairs and;

> measure t.b.v. the employees of the VRR / VRZHZ.

The Contracting Authority wishes to purchase Incident Clothing that meets the requirements set by the Client, as well as that it minimizes or eliminates the problems that the Client is currently experiencing and meets the desired situation.

The Contracting Authority has the guideline that the latest national and international standards must also be met.

Annex 18 describes the current situation including problems and the desired situation. The Schedule of Requirements (Annex 6) describes the conditions in further detail.

Expected purchase VRR: 2000 pieces

Maximum purchase VRR: 2300 pieces

Expected purchase VRZHZ: 1055 pieces

Maximum offtake VRZHZ: 1213 pieces

The scope of the assignment is based on the expected purchase (VRR + VRZHZ) and the set ceiling amount of € 800, - excluding VAT per piece.

2000 + 1055 = 3055 x € 800,- = € 2.444.000,-
