The object of service is the conclusion of a framework agreement on the carriage of freight mail (parcels) for the authorities or departments of the Free State of Bavaria.

Carriage of freight postal items includes picking up the goods from the departments, transport/dispatch, delivery and all other necessary measures of all freight postal items.
