Port of Amsterdam will issue a non-public tender to contract a suitable contractor for new construction. Het Werk concerns both architectural, as well as mechanical and electrical installations. The area of the new building is approximately 8,450 m2 bvo.

The location is located on the Isarweg-Donauweg and will be the location of Prodock 2, a building to give a place to startups active within the working area of, among other things, the energy transition and the circular, 'biobased' and digital innovation. This location will be rented out commercially.

The civil work with regard to the outdoor space (roadways, terrain pavements, greenery, etc.) is not part of the request.
