Ringsaker Municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for winter maintenance in 3 areas consisting of municipal properties. The purpose of the contract is to maintain area accessibility and safety in the winter half of the year.

Tenders may be submitted for one or more of the lots.

Snow clearing/gritting will be carried out as needed, 5-7 days a week.

The winter maintenance will consist of snow clearing and gritting. For some parts of the area, snow clearing must take place manually or with the help of snow blowers. There are also areas that requirement manual gritting.

Tenderers themselves must have suitable equipment/tools/materials adapted to the assignment.

The number of snow clearing and gritting assignments will vary each winter season depending on downfall and temperature.

The contract will apply for the period from contract signing until 31.8.2023. The contract has a contracting authority managed option for an extension for 1 + 1 + 1 year.

The expected total value of the contract is NOK 12,000,000 and the contract's maximum value is NOK 16,000,000.
