The subject of the contract is the development of a variant design concept together with the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) for the task entitled: "Construction and reconstruction of a county road on the section from DK35 in the city of S. Małuszów to DP 1950D in m. Pietrzykowice leading to the Wrocław – Kobierzyce Subzone TSSE EURO -PARK" in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program. The aim of the study is to prepare a variant design concept together with the Functional and Utility Program specifying the precise requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the full scope of design works, necessary formal and legal documentation and construction works. In addition, the Functional and Utility Program will be the basis for calculating the costs of the entire project and preparing a price offer by potential contractors of design works (ZRID mode) and construction works in the "design and build" formula. The main objective of the project is to improve the safety of road users and ultimately transfer the traffic of motor vehicles, especially high-tonnage vehicles, from the center of Małuszów to the newly built section of the road, which will significantly improve communication, affect the safety of residents and will have a positive impact on the socio-economic development of the entire region. The living conditions of the inhabitants of the village will also improve, especially those living in buildings located in the immediate vicinity of the county road.
