Vattenfall has won the tender for the offshore wind farm Horns Rev 3 concession, led by the DEA [Danish Energy Agency]. This wind farm will have a capacity of maximum 400 MW and will consist out of approx 48-51 pcs. monopile foundations including transition pieces, approx 48-51 pcs. Wind turbine generators and inter array cable.

The total scope of works of this tender includes; engineering of works, design, supply and installation of sea-fastening for all components incl. grillage for the blade stack, load out and the offshore transport of the approx 48-51 pcs. Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) from the port of pre-assembly to the Horns Rev 3 offshore construction site. The total scope of works of this tender also includes the offshore installation of the Approx 48-51 pcs. Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) on the Horns Rev 3 offshore construction site.

Approximate contract value 22 000 000 EUR

Vattenfall reserves the right to qualify a minimum of 3 bidders up to a maximum of 10 b.
