1. The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal services in the field of collection of municipal waste from the area of the Nowa Ruda Commune and their management in an authorized installation for the treatment of municipal waste, from property owners:
- inhabited, covering the following types of waste: non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and segregated municipal waste (separately collected), i.e.: paper, glass, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste, bio-waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture
and other bulky waste;
- uninhabited, covering the following types of waste: non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and segregated municipal waste (separately collected), i.e.: paper, glass, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste and bio-waste.

The subject of the contract also includes the provision of municipal services
in the field of municipal waste collection and management in an authorized installation for the treatment of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), which is located in Nowa Ruda at Niepodległości 45C, 57 – 400 Nowa Ruda, to which every resident of the Nowa Ruda Commune can provide municipal waste including paper, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging waste and bio-waste, as well as hazardous waste, expired medicines and chemicals, waste ineligible as medical waste arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, waste batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, used tyres, construction and demolition waste, and textile waste and clothing.
In addition, the subject of the contract also includes the emptying of street bins located in the Nowa Ruda Commune and the liquidation of revealed wild garbage dumps.
