The Board of Directors shall provide the task relating to the production, personalisation and distribution of certificates of education. The Board of Directors wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier where the supplier makes available all necessary production equipment.

The Board of Directors shall provide the task relating to the production, personalisation and distribution of certificates of education. The Board of Directors wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier where the supplier makes available all necessary production equipment.

The framework agreement covers the production of the following types of certificates of education:

- Driver Training Certificate (CUB)

- VUB van driver training certificate (VUB)

- Drivers' Card for Commercial Passenger Transport (CEP)

- Special Transport Assistant Certificate (STA)

- Any other evidence with similar technical characteristics

The following services are covered by the framework agreement: production of raw cards; drawing up certificates of training by personalising raw cards, and packing and distributing certificates of education.

The training certificates shall be produced and personalised on the basis of the design made available by the Swedish Civil Service Authority following the conclusion of the Framework Agreement.

The Board of Traffic has an expected annual consumption of educational certificates as follows:

CUB: approx. 20,000 pcs.

VUB: approx 5,600 pc.

CEP: approx. 5,000 pcs. and

STA: approx. 150 pcs.

The maximum scope of the Framework Agreement is 200,000 pieces throughout the term of the Framework Agreement.
