The Institute of Education, University of London situated in Bloomsbury is seeking a catering contractor to invest in new facilities. It has a diverse student population of approximately 6,600 from over 100 different countries and approximately 1000 employees. The contract duration to be offered will be between 7 to 10 years duration. The Contractor will be expected to develop the Conference trade and summer schools in association with the Institute. Contract start date is 1st August 2013. The successful Contractor will be required to operate the following services:

New Coffee Bar

Senior Common Room - (staff dining facilities)

Students Union cafe

Vending

Internal hospitality

Assist in developing Conference services (bring in new clients)

External events

Bar services

Delivery of hospitality to other buildings
