The object of the contract is to purchase two factory new EASA certified flight training devices. The flight training devices shall represent the Diamond Aircraft Twin Star DA42 aircraft. The flight training devices shall meet the qualification standards of the FNPT II and FTD 2 (EASA document

CS-FSTD(A) Initial Issue 4 July 2OI2). The devices shall be ready for initial CAA evaluation at FINAA no later than 30.6.2014.
