The purpose of this non-public European tender is to conclude an Agreement with one supplier for the services "Total engineering and construction management for the new axis-N research building". By 'Total engineering' is meant the design of the building including the installations into a technical design (TO) and by 'construction management' is meant the management and supervision during the realization of the work by a contractor to be selected.

Axis-N will be a multi-user research facility on the campus of Wageningen University and Research, which will continue to offer suitable research facilities in the future, in the event of changing use(s). Axis N should be commissioned in the 1st quarter of 2026.
