The AG intends to build a passive network infrastructure in the district of Harburg for the development of households and businesses with FTTB/C in the white spots. In addition, individual school locations are also connected. The commissioning is carried out in compliance with the European Union guidelines on the application of state aid rules related to rapid broadband expansion (2013/C 25/01) and the framework of the Federal Republic of Germany to support the development of a nationwide Next Generation Access (NGA) - broadband supply (NGA-RR). The order is subject to funding according to the above mentioned guidelines. The requirements related to funding must be observed. The aim of the measure is to be able to provide the increased broadband requirement of at least 50 Mbps.
Due to the territorial expansion of the tendering area, the listed works were divided into 4 building clusters, which are awarded individually in lots (1-4). The subject of this procedure is Lot 4 with about 200 house connections in the municipality of Winsen (Luhe).
