Milton Keynes Council (MKC) is establishing a professional services framework to ensure the delivery of theircapital works programme is supported by suitably qualified and experienced independent professionals.

The procurement of a professional services framework seeks to deliver the following objectives:

1) The delivery of major construction projects on time, on budget and free of major defects;

2) Construction projects are well designed and specified to support and enhance the services occupying the facilities being created or developed.
