The contracting entity establishes a framework plan for fitness assessments and surveys carried out on properties that are owned, managed and maintained in responsible properties. The contract is concluded with up to three (3) contract suppliers. The object of the acquisition is further opened in Annex 1 to the Call for Tenders Service Description.

The framework scheme is valid for four (4) years. The contract may be extended with one option period of two (2) years.

The contracting entity establishes a framework plan for fitness assessments and surveys carried out on properties that are owned, managed and maintained in responsible properties.

Up to three (3) service producers/contract vendors shall be applied for the framework arrangement.

During the framework contract period, orders are spread between contracting suppliers so that the subscriber may issue an order to the contract supplier which they consider to be the most appropriate if the expected value of the acquisition falls below EUR 60,000,00. In other orders, however, the subscriber shall place orders per order from contract suppliers based on the order of placement of the framework contract competition in such a way as to take into account the adequacy of the supplier's known capacity within the required time frame and in the scope of that mandate. The subscriber also has the right to organize mini-competitions among contract suppliers for orders.

The subscriber has no obligation to purchase.
