The municipality of Zerf is planning to develop the new development area "Auf der Langfuhr" in 2022/23.

The new development area is located in the northern area of the village. The plan area covers 4.73 ha, with about 2.63 ha to be developed as residential areas.

The development area comprises 39 building plots, an overview plan is attached.

In terms of traffic, access is via the main road to the municipal road network in the district of Oberzerf.

The drinking water supply line is already in place in the area of the main road to the new development area. The preliminary planning for the water supply envisages connecting the complete production of the approx. 800 m long main drinking water pipe in the construction area "Auf der Langfuhr" with the connection to the existing drinking water network in the main road. The construction of the house connections to the individual building plots within the planned building area is also planned.

Drainage in the construction area is carried out as a separation system. Here, a new rainwater channel is planned for the discharge of the resulting surface water. The surface water is retained in a retention space provided for this purpose. The amount of throttle water corresponds to the natural runoff of the area in the area.

The basic determination as well as the preliminary planning for the development of the construction area are already available. This feasibility study will be made available digitally upon commissioning.

The awarding agency intends to award the planning services in stages.

Stage 1: Water supply LPH 3; Waste water disposal LPH 3-4; Traffic facilities LPH 2-3 Level 2: LPH 5 – 9 The services based on performance level 1 are optionally advertised. There is no legal claim to the commissioning of the further services/stages.
