1. Name of the contract: "Collection and management of municipal waste from residential and uninhabited properties located in Sector III of the Municipality of the City of Świdnica".

2. The subject of the contract is the provision of services:

1) collection of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is generated, from Sector III of the Municipality of the City of Świdnica within the meaning of the resolution referred to in paragraph 7 below,

2) waste management referred to in point 1,

3) performance of services and obligations related to the services referred to above in points 1 and 2, indicated in the procurement documents.

4. The subject of the contract includes the provision of services in relation to all inhabited real estate, i.e. those in which there is at least one premises in which at least one resident lives and all uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is generated, located in Sector III of the Municipality of Świdnica and remaining in the local system of ensuring the collection of municipal waste.

5. The Contracting Authority estimates that within Sector III of the Municipality of Świdnica:

1) has a population of approx. 14542 inhabitants,

2) there are about 2700 residential properties, of which 1726 properties are single-family properties,

3) there are approximately 412 uninhabited properties,

4) as part of the service provided, within a period of 12 months, a total of 8,747.00 Mg of municipal waste will be collected and transferred for management from Sector III of the City of Świdnica.

6. The Ordering Party reserves that during the performance of the service, the number of inhabited properties, the number of inhabitants, the number of uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is generated, and thus - the amount of municipal waste, may be both increased and decreased. At the same time, pursuant to Article 433(4) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority guarantees that the size of the waste stream received (all together) will not decrease or increase by more than 5%.

7. Sector III of the Municipality of Świdnica was designated by Resolution No XLII/442/22 of the City Council in Świdnica of 24 June 2022 on the division of the Municipality of Świdnica into municipal waste collection sectors and includes real estate located along the streets listed in Table 1.
