The scope of the assignment focuses on collecting and sending all necessary enforcement data of passages of Trucks for the purpose of Supervision and Enforcement. The Procurer reserves the right to use the enforcement data of passages for other purposes as well. Within the scope, services are distinguished that the Contractor must give substance to:
1) Providing data delivery by Fixed and Movable Roadside Equipment (the Fixed Observation and Movable Perception);
2) Providing test facilities for chain and service tests and Accreditation;
