The Contracting Authority is looking for a party that will set up, manage and implement the energy counter for the municipality of Zeewolde in the coming years. The energy counter consists of a digital platform with back office/telephone helpdesk and a physical counter (housed in the public library at the time of tendering) that must be staffed four half-days a week. This party provides the energy counter and carries out (consultations) and proactively carries out activities as needed to achieve energy goals in the municipalities. Where necessary, the party concerned can also be engaged on a project basis through further assignments.
