Description of acquisition

Espoon Asunnot Oy is a real estate company owned by the City of Espoo, the purpose of which is to provide housing services to the residents of the municipality. At the moment, there are about 310 properties with about 16,000 apartments.

The aim of this tendering process is to get a contractual partner for the management of the green areas of Espoon Asunto's properties in Kauklahti.

The contract will be valid until further notice.

In addition, a deputy supplier will be selected for the real estate area based on the success of the tender process after the selected contractors.
