1. Provision of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 4,400 000.00, which in accordance with Resolution No XXVIIII/241/22 of the Karsina Municipal Council of 31 March 2022 with the purpose of financing the planned deficit and repayment of previously incurred obligations.

2. The Contractor shall present at the disposal of the Contracting Authority the amount of the loan within the following period:

800 000.00 PLN to 29/06.2022 r.

PLN 1 100 000.00 to 29/08/2022 r.

PLN 1,100,000.00 to 29/09/2022 r.

PLN 1,400,000.00 until 14.10.2022

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of withdrawing individual tranches of the loan at later dates than those indicated above.

The further part of the description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in CHAPTER II of the DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER

2. The Contractor shall present at the disposal of the Contracting Authority the amount of the loan within the following period:

800 000.00 PLN to 29/06.2022 r.

PLN 1 100 000.00 to 29/08/2022 r.

PLN 1,100,000.00 to 29/09/2022 r.

PLN 1,400,000.00 until 14.10.2022

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of withdrawing individual tranches of the loan at later dates than those indicated above.

The contracting authority will submit written applications for the mobilisation of the loan tranche two days prior to the launch date.

a) The Ordering Party expects that the only form of security provided for will be a blank promissory note. The contractor will not require other collateral for the commitment entered into. The Contracting Authority does not allow the possibility of submitting a declaration in the form of a notarial act based on art. 777 §1 of the Act of 17 November 1964 the Code of Civil Procedure (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1575, as amended).

b) The amounts of the individual tranches of the loan will be paid into the indicated bank account with the bank serving the municipal budget.
