the contract is a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders for the supply of clothing, footwear and specific work materials for the municipal staff of Villeneuve-Le-Roi. The supplies include clothing, footwear and technical or non-technical accessories (specifications and descriptions are given in the C.C.T.P.-P3, common to the 2 lots). Contract devolved into two separate lots, as detailed below. The contract is for an initial duration of one year, renewable by tacit agreement 1 time one year. Minimum amount: 0 euro, maximum annual amount: 45,000 euros excluding VAT (lot 1) and 25,000 euros excluding VAT (lot 2) and maximum amount over the total duration (all periods included): 90,000 euros excluding VAT (lot 1) and 50,000 euros excluding VAT (lot 2).
