Due to the specificity of the subject of the contract, the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY requires the submission of an offer after the CONTRACTOR has completed an on-site inspection.
Remark! The CONTRACTING AUTHORITY shall reject the CONTRACTOR's bid if: [...] "was submitted without an on-site visit or without checking the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on site from the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, if the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY required it in the procurement documents".
The on-site inspection may be carried out on working days from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. The on-site inspection may be attended by CONTRACTORS or authorized employees of the CONTRACTOR. Before the on-site visit, the CONTRACTOR should send the list of participants to the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY within 2 days before the planned on-site inspection.
