Open procedure for setting up and maintaining a computer system for recording time and managing staff planning on behalf of the FPS Interior

Establishment and maintenance of a computerized time recording system and management of personnel planning.

This contract covers the establishment and maintenance of a computerized time recording system and the management of personnel planning. This contract has a single lot and consists of 3 positions:

- position 1: absence management (for an estimated 5500 employees),

- position 2: attendance management (for an estimated 4000 employees),

- item 3: planning management (for an estimated 2,000 employees).

The maintenance contract for each of these positions will consist of a 5 days / 7 support contract from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm for the corrective maintenance for which the bidder will make a proposal for SLA in its bid.
