This offer relates to the conclusion of framework agreements on electricity works to general housing organisations associated with general procurement. The tender is divided into sub-contracts based on the geographical location of the housing organizations. The detailed demarcation of the associated organisations is set out in Annex 1 to the pre-qualification conditions. The primary task content of the framework agreement is expected to be as follows:

Troubleshooting, repair and replacement of existing power installations, repair of outdoor lighting, moving power installations, various blackboard repairs, repair and replacement of fixture, establishment of new installations, sockets, headboards, relays, lighting, establishment of solar installations, grounding (establishing, among other things, earth spears), cables, work taking place indoors and outdoors, energy calculations, setting up and maintenance of solar cells, acute tasks. The maximum value of the framework agreement is DKK 56,220,000, as set out in paragraph. II.1.5 and II.2.11.

A framework agreement will be reached with the 4 bidders who have delivered the offers which reflect “the best price to quality ratio.” The framework agreements will be awarded according to the “cascade model” so that the best offer will be supplier No 1, the next best offer will be supplier No 2, etc. The tender shall be carried out by General Procurement on behalf of the customers listed in Annex 1 to the pre-qualification conditions who have the opportunity to purchase benefits under the Agreement.
