Forsvarsbygg would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer who can deliver a complete e-learning service. The service includes a user-friendly publication tool that the Contracting Authority can use for self-development, but which also covers advice for self-development/production, publication, communication and development of new courses.

The procurement also includes establishment, support and a user manual.

The service is to be delivered as an ASP service over the internet and it must support normal browsers (Microsoft Internet Explorer/Edge, Chrome, Safari, etc.).
