A detailed description of the subject of the contract in Annex 4 to the ToR.
The contracting authority allows the contractor to entrust part of the contract to subcontractors. In the case of subcontracting entrusted with the implementation of part of the contract, the contracting authority requests that part II of Section D of the "EAT" form be completed.
The contracting authority will not verify subcontractors for the absence of grounds for exclusion from the procedure. Therefore, the contracting authority does not require submission of separate EAT forms for the subcontractors indicated by the contractor and does not require for each subcontractor to provide information in part II of sections A and B and in part III of EAT.
Failure to submit a declaration on subcontracting in Part II, Section D EAT, will be considered by the contracting authority as the intention to perform the contract with the contractor's own strength.
If the subcontractor is entrusted with the implementation of part of the contract, the contractor is liable for the subcontractor's actions as if it were its own.
