Framework agreement for the assignment of the supply of natural gas and related services for the CEV consortium members to improve economic conditions with respect to the CONSIP agreements in compliance with the provisions of current legislation - law 135/2012, art. 1, paragraph 7 - therefore with the award of fees at least 3% lower than the best fees indicated in the agreements and framework agreements made available by CONSIP, as indicated in the tender documentation.

The framework agreement is addressed to the CEV consortium bodies.
