The NPO intends to conclude a single agreement with regard to audit services. The NPO intends to award the contract to one tenderer.

The NPO awards the contract to the tenderer on the basis of the best price-quality ratio (best PKV).

The current agreement with the auditor expires in August 2023, with no further renewal options. In accordance with the Public Procurement Act, the NPO must follow a tendering process.

A contract term of 3 years with 2 x 1 year extension has been chosen.  This means that the contract duration is equal to the maximum term of the audit team to be deployed.

On the basis of laws and regulations, the NPO is obliged to carry out checks. This means that the annual accounts (annual accounts and annual report) must be accompanied by an audit report. The resulting activities for which NPO intends to conclude a new, multiannual agreement for audit services concern:

1) Interim audit (in preparation for the annual accounts audit).

2) Audit of annual accounts.

3) Control of transferred reserves for media supply by broadcasters.

NPO wishes to conclude a new Agreement with one service provider with an initial term of three years as of 1 August 2023. A contract term of three (3) years has been chosen with two (2) x one (1) year extension at the same conditions (price indexation takes place in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements). This contract duration is aligned with the maximum term of five (5) years for the audit team to be deployed in accordance with the Code of Conduct for the Integrity of Public Broadcasting 2021.

The value estimated by the Client is set at € 750,000,-- (seven hundred and fifty thousand euros) exl. VAT. during the entire contract term.
