The assignment involves the design and construction of a modular above-ground parking building for at least 350 cars (fixed part, see below).

This building should be realized as a modular construction, taking into account an expansion possibility up to 500 parking spaces, when this demand / need arises (conditional part, see below).

Design and construction assignment in which a combination of contractor (contractor) & designer (architectural and engineering office,... with a total assignment) together will be responsible for the successful design, elaboration and realization (building and follow-up) of this project.
