The Klinikum Fichtelgebirge gGmbH intends to build a new nursing school. The planned location of the new building can be seen on the property documents enclosed in the annexes. The first preliminary talks have already been held with the government of Upper Franconia. A student prognosis of 148 students is calculated as the basis for the new building. The determined space requirement is also included in the tender as an abstract space program of the government and gives an HNF of 1,148 m 2 in front. In a preliminary study as a basis for coordination with the government, the first floor plans have already been drawn up, these are also included in the tender.
