The aim of this measure according to § 16h SGB II is to get in touch with these young, excluded or threatened people wherever they are and to introduce them to the social benefit systems through care and support services.

The offers of this measure are intended to initiate and accompany the first steps of the above-mentioned group of people towards individual and social stabilization and to pave the way for a school-leaving certificate, training or gainful employment in the future. This can be done, for example, by linking to suitable offers of early job-oriented support, the use of basic security benefits including the standard offers for activation and stabilization or, if necessary, the initiation of necessary therapeutic assistance.
