The subject of the contract includes the design and implementation of construction works constituting the investment, i.e.:
Part I - Construction of a year-round multifunctional facility in the revitalized "Czarna Góra" Park - includes the construction of a multifunctional building in the Czarna Góra Park with its first equipment. Details of the planned works are described in the Description of the Subject of the Order and doc. technical annexes to the SWZ.
Part II – Modernization of the indoor swimming pool in Primary School No. 2 in Olkusz, Olkusz Commune. - includes the design of the modernization of the indoor swimming pool at Primary School No. 2 in Olkusz (development of complete design documentation along with obtaining the required permits or carrying out the required notifications) based on the Functional and Utility Program and then the execution of construction, installation and finishing works along with the first equipment of the modernized facility.
