The acquisition concerns the office furniture package of the new extension of the Kymenlaakso Central Hospital (the so-called G-hospital) and of the new radiotherapy unit (the so-called Af building and the Ae section) and the framework agreement for office furniture
The purpose of the acquisition is to acquire office furniture for the extension units under construction at the Kymenlaakso Central Hospital (the so-called G-Hospital and the new radiotherapy unit). The acquisition will take the form of reverse tendering (the so-called French contract). The goal is to provide the hospital with durable, ergonomic and high quality office furniture suitable for the demanding needs of staff and clients. All minimum requirements for the subject of the contract are set out in the tender dossier.
The purpose of the acquisition is to establish an office furniture framework agreement for the Kymenlaakso Association of Social and Health Services. Two (2) contract suppliers will be selected for the framework agreement. The successful tenderer in section 1 of the invitation to tender for office furniture and the second in the invitation to tender for office furniture shall be selected as contract suppliers. The aim is to provide the municipal council with a framework arrangement of durable, ergonomic, high quality office furniture suitable for the demanding needs of social and health care, for use by staff and clients.
