The city of Langenhagen intends to rebuild, renovate and expand the existing Brinker School at Angerstraße 12 in 30851 Langenhagen with new buildings.

In the first construction phase, the Forum building (3,086 m² GFA), the secondary level 1 (10,184 m² GFA), the three-field sports hall (3,020 m² GFA) and the heating centre will be built. In the second construction phase, the renovation and conversion measures will be carried out.

Forum: 2-storey rectangular building with main kitchen and canteen as well as two teaching kitchens, auditorium and music rooms

Secondary level 1: 5-class primary school as a three-storey building with a central inner courtyard, learning harbours with adjoining classrooms and differentiation rooms, as well as teachers' stations and sanitary centres; the building is divided into two fire compartments by means of an inner fire wall

3-field sports hall: school and club sports hall; Changing and wet room area, as well as other ancillary rooms on the ground floor; Technical area, as well as multifunctional and theory room on the 1st floor; Grandstand area over the entire width of the sports hall on the 1st floor above the equipment, control rooms and house connection room

Boiler house: central heating system with approx. 670 kW; In the future, the existing buildings will also be supplied with heat via a central heating system
