This procurement concerns travel agency services for domestic and international business travel, as well as for travel for other persons travelling on behalf of the Swedish Board of Agriculture, such as consultants or lecturers.
Information about the assignment
The tenderer shall take overall responsibility for booking the Swedish Board of Agriculture's business travel and other administrative services regarding business travel.
The assignment intends to provide a comprehensive travel agency service to all employees at the Swedish Board of Agriculture, which also includes the District Veterinarians.
The travel agency service includes booking and issuing travel documents. It shall also include information, advice, changes to all types of tickets and other tasks that can be considered to be linked to the assignment.
The assignment involves supporting the Swedish Board of Agriculture's travelers with travel bookings and travel planning.
The tenderer shall, free of charge, actively inform the travel manager and traveller so that opportunities for quality assurance and cost efficiency are utilised.
Through dialogue with the client, his flexibility and requirements for comfort can be clarified and balanced against the price picture.
Most business travel takes place within Sweden and most trips are to Stockholm. International travel is mainly to Brussels.
The Swedish Board of Agriculture mainly uses the state-procured framework agreements and the Swedish Board of Agriculture's own signed supplier agreements in the travel area. We currently have a travel account SEB Kort Bank AB (Diners).
Travel must be cost-effective, smooth and, as far as possible, environmentally friendly.
Ordering trips is made by the traveler himself, either via email, phone or it may be necessary to have a self-booking system.
The Swedish Board of Agriculture currently has a fully integrated solution with the travel expense management program Mobilexpense. We are therefore looking for a collaboration with a travel agency that can offer solutions in this system.
