The subject of the contract includes the delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters of medical equipment, the required technical parameters of which are specified in Appendix No. 1B to the SWZ, as well as the assembly and commissioning of the delivered equipment and training of the Ordering Party's employees at the Ordering Party's headquarters in the operation of the equipment, the provision of guaranteed maintenance services in the period for which the warranty for the offered subject of the contract is granted.
