The contracting entities wish to conclude a framework agreement on the purchase of coffee, tea, accessories, other products, the purchase and rental of machinery and their servicing. The products and services must be delivered all over Denmark. The contracting entities expect that deliveries can be made under the agreements no later than 2 months after the agreements have been signed.

The Framework Agreement is divided into two sub-agreements:

- Delaftale 1: Coffee, tea, accessories, other products, machines and service

- Lot 2: Liquid coffee, machinery and service

The description of the services to be offered for lot 1 is described in Appendix 1 - Requirements specification for lot 1 and Appendix 3 - Offer list for lot 1.

The description of the services to be offered for lot 2 is described in Appendix 2 - Requirements specification for lot 2 and Appendix 4 - Offer list for lot 2.

Delaftale 1 relates to coffee, tea, accessories, other products, machines and service.

On lot 1, you can buy different varieties of ground coffee, whole beans and instant coffee. In addition, several different varieties of tea and cocoa products can be purchased. Accessories for brewing tea and coffee, including milk and sugar products, are also available for purchase. Other products can also be purchased, including cups and filters for brewing. At the same time, various coffee machines can be purchased and rented with and without service.

The following Contracting Entities may purchase on Lot 1:

Aalborg University, Roskilde University, University of Copenhagen, Copenhagen Business School, Technical University of Denmark, IT University, Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, Danish Agricultural Agency, Ministry of the Environment, Danish Environmental Protection Agency and Danish Nature Agency.

For lot 1, the Contracting Entities have estimated the expected turnover of the agreement at DKK 33,000,000 and the maximum turnover at DKK 39,600,000.

Lot 2 concerns liquid coffee, machinery and tableware.

On lot 2, different varieties of liquid coffee can be purchased. In addition, machines and service can be purchased and rented.

The following Contracting Entities may purchase on Lot 2:

Aalborg University, Roskilde University, University of Copenhagen, Copenhagen Business School, Technical University of Denmark, IT University, Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, Danish Agricultural Agency, Danish Environmental Protection Agency and Danish Nature Agency.

For lot 2, the Contracting Entities have estimated the expected turnover of the agreement at DKK 9,900,000 and the maximum turnover at DKK 11,880,000.
