Construction of an aquatic center - this is not the initial consultation. By decision dated 3.11.2020. The community executive office declared the following lots without follow-up:

- lot 01: structural work;

- lot 04: roofing - waterproofing - facade;

- lot 05: metalwork - locksmithing;

- lot 14: slide;

- lot 15: heating - ventilation - air conditioning;

- lot 19: access control;

- lot 20: VRD - green spaces.

This consultation concerns the relaunch of these lots.

- earthworks: 10,737 m 3 ;

- outriggers: concrete: 80 m 3 ;

- steel 6,033 kg;

- masonry: hollow heavy aggregate blocks: 2,280 m 2 .

Pursuant to Article L. 2112-2 of the Public Order Code, the specifications include clauses aimed at promoting the employment of people encountering particular integration difficulties and at combating unemployment. For this lot, the minimum number of insertion hours is: 1,100 hours.

- coverage on dry premises;

- heated premises: 1,022 m 2 ;

- coverage on rooms with very high humidity with perforated platform: 1,802 m 2 .

- guardrail for access stairs to technical galleries: 15 ml;

- handrails in stainless steel tube bent at the inner ends: 19 ml.

Indoor outdoor slide. Length: 66 ml, drop of 6.50 m.

Mixed boiler room: gas boiler / wood boiler. For this lot the minimum number of insertion hours is: 350 hours.

Access control (changing rooms, wellness area and various administrative and technical premises).

For this lot the minimum number of insertion hours is: 400 hours.
