The subject of the contract is the supply of a line for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) as part of the project entitled "Expansion of the Waste Management Plant Nowy Dwór Sp. z o.o.". The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ.
General scope of the item of the order:
1) Execution of the technological design of the installation in Polish in the amount of min. 3 copies.
2) Delivery of a complete technological line of machines for the production of alternative fuel RDF consisting of the following equipment:
- separator (Fe) for ferrous waste – 1 piece
- separator (nFe) for non-ferrous waste – 1 piece
- final shredder – 1 piece
The above machines should be connected with each other in a technological line by means of belt conveyors enabling the transport of waste between subsequent devices and enabling the collection of separated fractions.
3) Delivery of brand new communication steel structures.
4) Assembly of a complete technological line of machines.
5) Selection and completion of equipment, assembly and organization and coordination of all works in the field of delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete technological line.
6) Installation of power supply for technological devices from a low-voltage switchgear in the ST 4 transformer station.
7) Execution of control and control systems and visualization on a localized control cabinet for the technological line.
8) Development of start-up documentation..
9) Commissioning and commissioning of a complete technological line. The implementation of the mechanical and technological start-up will be preceded by notifying the Ordering Party and the Investor's Supervision Inspector about the planned date of the start-up (mechanical and technological) in advance of min. 7 (seven) working days before the scheduled start-up date (written notification). The condition for starting a mechanical start-up is the acceptance of the start-up documentation by the Ordering Party and the Inspector, while the condition for starting a technological start-up is a positively completed mechanical start-up.
10) Preparation and submission to the Ordering Party for approval of the operating instructions in Polish in the amount of min. 3 copies per min. 14 days before the planned mechanical start-up.
11) Training of the Ordering Party's staff in the field of operation, maintenance, servicing and health and safety regulations of the technology supplied.
12) Assumption of responsibility for all machines and equipment supplied under the subject of this order constituting technological equipment these machines and devices must be brand new.
13) Providing complete acceptance documentation to the Ordering Party, including DTR, declaration of conformity of machines and equipment with EC standards or equivalent standards, including as-built drawing and descriptive documentation in Polish, in electronic and paper form in 3 copies.
