The subjects of this call are the mechanics and vacuum components for three soft x-ray spectrometers for the ANKA synchrotron radiation facility in Karlsruhe. The mechanics have to include a grating chamber including a high precision rotation and translation of two gratings and a aperture mechanism, as well as the positioning mechanics for a CCD detector.
