The assignment includes the provision of insurance services for the municipality and the OCMW of Kuurne, the municipal administration and the OCMW of Ingelmunster, the municipal administration and the OCMW of Zwevegem and vzw Kangoeroe as described in the technical provisions of these specifications and inventory.

Pursuant to Article 47 of the Law of 17 June 2016, the municipality of Kuurne acts as a contracting authority for these administrations.

The assignment is one indivisible whole, but individual policies must be used for the requested risks. The premiums must be paid annually per body. The effective date of the policies must be set on 1 January.
