1) The subject of the contract is the supply of petroleum products necessary for the operation of railway vehicles owned and leased by the Ordering Party, in the assortment and quantities indicated in the documentation of the proceedings - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

2) Due to the diverse assortment, the order has been divided into two (2) lots, each of the lots being indivisible, which means that no bid can be submitted for the selected assortment in a given lot, and the Contractor may submit only one bid for a given lot.

Delivery of engine and transmission oils, in the assortment and quantities indicated in the documentation of the proceedings - Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.

Delivery of various lubricants, in the assortment and quantities indicated in the documentation of the proceedings - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
