The object of the order is construction works consisting in the execution of works specified in the task under the name:
RDW Zamość: Renovation of the provincial road No. 853 Nowy Majdan -Tomaszów Lubelski
on the section from km 21+900 to km 23+450 - length 1,550 km
The scope of works includes:
Renovation of the provincial road No. 853 Nowy Majdan -Tomaszów Lubelski on the section from km 21+900 to km 23+450 - length 1.550 km. The works will consist in milling the existing surface of the provincial road No. 853 over the entire width of the roadway, and then making new structural layers of asphalt concrete. The executed material scope of works will not cause changes in relation to the original state.
1) The designed scope of works is aimed at restoring the original parameters of the road, to obtain:
a) roadway width 6.10m, cross-section with widenings on horizontal curves of the road,
b) transverse slopes of the road: 1.5 to 2% on the straight and variable sections
up to 3.5% on curves of the road,
(c) transverse slopes of roadsides from 4 to 5%

g) Hardening of roadsides with aggregate depth 15cm - 2 120,00m2
h) Mechanical profiling of roadsides - 2 587,00m2
i) Cleaning - desilting of ditches - 1 600,00m
j) Replacement of single steel barriers (SP-09) with U14a - 128,00m
k) Dismantling and setting of new posts U-1a,U-1b, U7, U-8,U-3 - 79,00pcs.
l) Horizontal marking of the surface (thick-layer-structural) - 835,70m2
2 The Contractor shall ensure that the Works covered by the Agreement are managed, as long as necessary, by persons with qualifications and meeting the requirements set out in the Construction Law. Failure by the Contractor to secure personnel to direct the works gives the right to the Supervision Inspector or the Contracting Authority to suspend the works in whole or in part. Any interruption in the execution of Works resulting from the lack of personnel to manage the works shall be treated as a break for reasons attributable to the Contractor and may not constitute grounds for changing the time for completion of works.
3 The basic material scope and quantity of works are specified in the attached Bill of Quantities and Detailed Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works.
4 The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of the works covered by the contract on the basis of the temporary traffic organization (for the duration of the works) approved by the Traffic Manager on provincial roads.
5 Works must be carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in the attached Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works.
6 Each Contractor may submit only one bid. A situation where the same entity appears in two or more tenders submitted jointly or is an independent economic operator and at the same time is a participant in a joint bid shall be deemed equivalent to the submission of more than one tender by the same economic operator.
7 The bill of quantities covered by the contract is ancillary and specifies the minimum quantities of basic works necessary to be carried out. Any lack of certain works necessary to be performed on the basis of design documentation in the bill of quantities or the cost estimate does not release the contractor from the obligation to perform them on the basis of the project at the contractual price.
8 As part of the contractual remuneration, the Contractor is obliged to: "- ensure the participation of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of vehicles used in the performance of the public task in question, in the share specified in Article 68(3) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 875, as amended). as amended), having regard to Article 36a, which lays down rules for rounding percentages when calculating the number of vehicles required, where the performance of a public task requires the disposal of motor vehicles. The specific number of vehicles will be indicated by the Contractor at the stage of signing the contract."
