The Municipality of Hillegom wishes an agreement with one supplier for the provision of a Council Information System with the following components, among others:

• Agenda with related documents;

• Recording and broadcasting of council meetings in sound;

• Use of the application for sharing files among council members.

An extensive specification of the assignment is stated in Chapter 4 'Desired situation' and the program of requirements and wishes.

The following is included as an option:

• recording and broadcasting council meetings

• subtitling the broadcast

• digital voting

A ceiling amount of EUR 200,000 is included for the main assignment, excluding the option of video images.
