The subject of the public procurement is successive deliveries together with transport: diesel fuel in an estimated amount of 1,500 cubic meters. Fuels must meet quality requirements according to Polish Standard PN-EN 590+A 1:2017-06 for diesel fuel and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680 as amended). The Contracting Authority requires fuel to be supplied by the Contractor with its own or leased (leased) automotive autocysterns, meeting the requirements laid down in the Act of 19 August 2011 on the transport of dangerous goods (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 756, as amended).

Monthly supply volume and partial supply cycles, timing and type of fuel, depending on climatic conditions (summer fuel, transitional fuel, winter fuel) will be determined by the Ordering Party by fax or email each time. Estimated supply cycles: Delivery rules, including partial supplies are included in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
