4.1. The subject of the Order is the successive supply of medicinal products for the needs of departments of the Hospital of the Bytowskiego County Sp. z o.o., on the basis of the framework contract, ordered by the Hospital Pharmacy in the assortment and the absolute requirements set out in the price form - annex no. 1 A — K to SWZ. Annex 1 A - K also specifies the indicative quantity of medicinal products. During the term of the Agreement, the Contracting Authority is obliged to order supplies for at least 10% of the total estimated value of the contract.
