Description:
Framework Agreement for the Maintenance of Individual Installations Production Gas Heating, Hot Water and Associated Facilities on the Heritage of Antin Residences and Cooperate to Live

The purpose of this contract is to maintain:

— individual heating with gas boiler;

— individual domestic hot water with gas boiler, gas bath heater, electric/solar water heater;

— thermodynamic PAC and hot water balloons;

as well as the facilities associated with such equipment, namely:

— VMC gas;

— natural ventilation;

— assisted natural ventilation;

— mechanical ventilation low pressure gas;

— flue ducts;

— individual or collective sanitary VMC associated with thermodynamic balloons.

The purpose of the services of this contract is to:

— maintenance, preventive and annual corrective maintenance;

— regulatory audits;

— the supply of all spare parts and consumables;

— major maintenance with P3 warranty except for thermodynamic systems (P2 only and replacement of parts according to Annex 2 BPU punctual services).

Territorial Directorate West — Territory 1 (Department 91), or 1,443 dwellings (with boilers)

The main expected features are:

— annual and five-year maintenance visits;

— common troubleshooting (P2);

— visits before renting;

— replacements of parts and equipment (P3 and/or BPU);

— on-call interventions.

Territorial Directorate West — Territory 2 (departments 78 and 92), or 2,516 dwellings (with boilers)

The main expected features are:

— annual and five-year maintenance visits;

— common troubleshooting (P2);

— visits before renting;

— replacements of parts and equipment (P3 and/or BPU);

— on-call interventions.

Territorial Directorate East — Territory 1 (departments 75 and 94), or 820 dwellings (with boilers)

The main expected features are:

— annual and five-year maintenance visits;

— common troubleshooting (P2);

— visits before renting;

— replacements of parts and equipment (P3 and/or BPU);

— on-call interventions.

Territorial Directorate East — Territory 2 (Departments 94 and 77), i.e. 1,140 dwellings (with boilers)

The main expected features are:

— annual and five-year maintenance visits;

— common troubleshooting (P2);

— visits before renting;

— replacements of parts and equipment (P3 and/or Bpu);

— on-call interventions.

Territorial Directorate North — Territory 1 (Department 93), i.e. 1,896 dwellings (with boilers)

The main expected features are:

— annual and five-year maintenance visits;
