The North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) is inviting responses from tenderers for a framework agreement for the supply of Catering Disposables to be delivered direct to establishments. Establishments include Schools and Education facilities and Civic Buildings. As the Framework Contract is a framework the Council makes no guarantee that any orders will be placed under the Framework Contract by the Council or any of the Contracting Authorities. Quantities will be specified in the Call-Off Contract between each Contracting Authority and the Supplier. The procurement exercise will consist of an initial tender evaluation followed by an e-auction for the pricing element of the evaluation.
